Information we collect

EasyLabel Print does not require an account and does not include advertising or analytics SDKs. The Kre8 Group Pte. Ltd. does not track or sell personal data. Optional support forms collect only the information you enter and the attachments you select so the request can be delivered.

Your documents and images

PDFs and images you choose are processed on your device and sent directly from your device to the printer you select. They are not uploaded to our servers and we do not have access to their contents.

Printer settings and print status

Printer configurations, trial print status, and purchase entitlement status are stored locally on your device or in the app's shared storage so the main app and Share extension can work together.

The app periodically downloads a public partner and compatibility configuration from EasyLabel Print. It contains printer support status, public shop links, and any partner display text needed by the app. This request does not include an account, printer configuration, document, device identifier, or advertising identifier. Private support email addresses are never included in the downloaded configuration.

Optional printer compatibility confirmation

After a successful Beta-profile test label, you may tap It works. This sends the selected profile identity, connection information, printer language, resolution, paper/media choices, density, speed, rendering corrections, and app and operating-system versions to our support service so we can review the exact working configuration. We retain the model settings and report details privately for administrator confirmation; the saved review record excludes the printer address and configured name. It does not send the document or label contents, your contact details, or a persistent device identifier. The confirmation is sent only when you tap the button.

For a custom printer, after sending a test page you can choose Save and send confirmation, enter its actual brand and model, and confirm that the label printed correctly. This sends its working print settings and app/OS versions for review, without its address, configured name, documents or device identifiers. You can instead choose Save only without sending a report. An administrator reviews the proposal before its brand, model and supported settings are added to the public compatibility catalogue for both iOS and Android.

Optional in-app and printer-partner support

EasyLabel Print offers an optional support form in the app. When a configured printer has a participating support profile, it may also show support and supplies links for that brand. If you send a request to EasyLabel Print support, the app includes the useful print configuration for every printer shown in the form, including its configured name, brand/model, support and tested state, connection endpoint, protocol, resolution, paper/media, and output settings. It does not include the local printer-profile identifier. A printer-partner support request includes only that partner's relevant printer, not unrelated configured printers. The app also sends the name, phone number, email address, message, and only the photos, videos, or files you selected over HTTPS to the EasyLabel Print support service. Large selected photos may be reduced on your device before upload. The service uses Mailtrap to deliver the request only to the server-designated EasyLabel Print or partner support mailbox—for example, AUSPRINT support. The app does not retain the message or attachments after a successful submission. The recipient and Mailtrap may retain the resulting email and delivery records so they can respond.

Opening a supplies link takes you to the partner's website, where that site's privacy and purchase terms apply. A shop link may include disclosed referral or affiliate attribution in the future.

A participating printer partner may offer optional sponsored unlimited printing. Before any sponsored label is printed, EasyLabel Print shows a clear consent prompt naming the partner, the sponsorship end date when one exists, and that partner marketing will occupy 20% of each label printed with that eligible printer. Consent is stored only for that printer and sponsorship term, may be withdrawn from the printer settings at any time, and does not apply to other printers. If the offer expires or is withdrawn, that printer returns to the ordinary 20-print limit unless unlimited printing has been purchased.

Local Network and Bluetooth

EasyLabel Print requests Local Network access to find and connect to printers on your Wi-Fi or Ethernet network. It requests Bluetooth access to find and connect to supported nearby printers. These permissions are used only for printer discovery, connection, and printing.

Purchases

The optional unlimited-printing purchase is processed by Apple through StoreKit or Google through Google Play Billing, depending on the device. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Apple or Google may process purchase information under its own privacy policy.

Children's privacy

EasyLabel Print is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If the app's data practices change, we will update this policy and its effective date before the changes take effect.
